Security Deposit:
The security deposits are fully refundable provided that you have paid all of your rent on time, and that you have caused no damage to our facility. You must request for your security deposit to be returned in writing, as many of our kitchen users keep their deposit in place to be able to resume kitchen use in the future. You will receive a refund within 30 days after your refund request.
What utilities and services are included in your base rent?
At Gaithersburg Commercial Kitchens we try and make it simple, economical, and all inclusive. The following list of utilities are included in your rent.
